Expo Registration

Registration Details 

We offer an Early Bird-rate ($20) until Tuesday, March 18, 2025, 12pm. Registration will close on Friday, April 4, 12pm for all tickets. 

Attendance is limited to 80 guests! Purchase your ticket soon! 

You will have to register and pay in advance to attend the Expo. 

  • We do not offer on site-registration.
  • We will not be able to admit anybody who has not registered ahead of the event. 

What's included in the ticket purchase (in person-attendance): 

  • Coffee/Tea 
  • Box lunch 
  • "Expo Passport" (brochure with information about tabling organizations) 
  • Explore volunteer opportunities with local organizations 
  • Network with other UC retirees 


Virtual attendance includes keynote speech and panels only.

Register To Purchase Your Ticket 

Before you register, make you sure you reviewed the registration policies below. 

  • Please complete the Volunteer Expo Registration form to register for the event. 
  • After you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to purchase your event ticket. 
  • Please note that only a paid ticket will be considered a confirmed ticket. 
  • We are partnering with UC Berkeley Rec Sports to manage online credit card transactions for this event. You will purchase your Expo ticket through Rec Sports.
  • If you need assistance with completing the payment, please call the Retirement Center at (510) 642-5461 and leave a message (make sure to leave a call-back number) or email us at volunteer25@berkeley.edu(link sends e-mail). We will return your call or email within 3  business days.

Substitutions

Unfortunately, we cannot acccept the transfer of your registration to another person if you're unable to attend for any reason. 

Older Volunteer

Cancellations and Refunds 

If you need to cancel for any reasons, we will unfortunately not be able to refund your payment. Your payment will serve as a donation to the Retirement Center to support programs. 

Please make sure to let us know if you cannot attend, so that we can make your space available to somebody else. Thank you!
